Chase & Hamill: Friends, Acquaintances, Affiliates

The following are companies, individuals, and venues that we have performed for, with, or at...

Fantasy Theatre for Children and The Theatre School
Winnipeg's finest producer of plays for children, and theatre school for all ages. Parent organisation of adult theatre company G.D. Productions: best known for its periodic nights of sketch comedy, where our Abbott & Costello act was originally formed in 2003.
The Free Laughs Comedy Series (SaD Productions)
Originally SaD Productions, this group of producers has hosted free weekly comedy shows in Winnipeg since Autumn 2006, and featured our Abbott & Costello act multiple times during their first several years.
King's Head Pub
English pub repeatedly voted the finest in Winnipeg. Features an upstairs entertainment venue where we mounted "An Abbott & Costello Dinner Theatre for the Arts" in 2003, and four years later began appearing in SaD Productions' Free Laughs Comedy Series on Tuesday nights.
Ryan McMahon Comedy
Website of actor/comedian Ryan McMahon, who has joined our Abbott & Costello cast several times. Also a producer of the local Free Laughs Comedy Series shows at the King's Head Pub and the Cavern.
The Winnipeg Gong Show
Once-upon-a-time, a monthly variety show that hosted comedy in all genres at the Park Theatre. We won the March 2007 Gong Show with the Baseball Routine, and returned as featured performers that August.
The Park Theatre
The only historic theatre in Winnipeg still operating as such. We performed there several times in the Winnipeg Gong Show before teaming up with the venue to produce "One Night at the Park": a hybrid Abbott & Costello movie night and live sketch comedy show in September 2007.
